3 Things That Make the Perfect Wedding Venues in Sydney

March 24, 2015 by Pam Maynard

It’d be stating the obvious to say that your wedding day is single-handedly one of the biggest celebrations of your entire life. Few other times will you work so hard to bring two families (and worlds) together to celebrate a union of love. That’s why it’s so important that you choose a wedding venue in Sydney that’s absolutely perfect, and will do the job of making your wedding the success and lifelong memory it deserves to be. Here are 3 things to look for to ensure you pick the most perfect of all wedding venues Sydney boasts.

  1. Keep in mind the number of guests. Make sure you know roughly how many guests will be attending your wedding. This will help you narrow down the venues that accommodate your needs. Also, are your guests mobile? Is it fair to ask your guests to drive hours upon hours (or even drive) to get to your big day? Remember, this is your day, but it’s also about your guests. If you have elderly relatives, for example, many types of venues (like on a mountaintop, or at the beach) may not be realistic.
  2. You shouldn’t have to do all the work. You’ll do your fair share of work leading up to your wedding, but you shouldn’t have to take on anything you don’t want to. That’s why it’s important you find a wedding venue that’s willing and able to help lessen your load. This includes arranging catering, drinks, decorations and more. While you’ll surely have your say and influence, it’s always nice to have someone else take the lead on these decisions, to give you time to actually enjoy the wedding planning process.
  3. All in one? Your wedding includes the ceremony and reception. Wouldn’t it be great if you could have everything at the same place? Look for a venue that offers an elegant hall, as well as a space for your reception. Ideally this venue will also have an outdoor area as well to allow your guests to take in the surrounding natural beauty.

In the end your wedding day will be perfect, no matter what. That’s the beauty of weddings. However, it’s always nice if you can find a venue that will help your big day become the type of ceremony you’ve always wanted and dreamed of. That’s why so many people turn to Spring House Reception Centre for their Sydney wedding venue. Find them online at springfieldhouse.com.au.
