Everyone loves parfaits- Donkey says so on Shrek so it must be true!  I am planning on making some for dessert on the 17th!

This Hidden Pot O’ Gold Pudding Parfait could not be any easier. The pineapple represents the pot of gold and of course, the cereal represents the rainbow. Perfect for a St. Patricks’ Day treat or dessert.
