The beautiful weather in the Pacific Northwest finally allowed us to pull out Baby Boy’s Reversible Fabric Long Slv Bodysuit from B nature. B nature provides organic clothing for babies and toddlers. From the moment you feel the organic cotton you instantly know there is a difference that you don’t feel anywhere else. The organic cotton feels soft, not itchy and even the seams/stiching are really soft. I like that the arms a slightly longer so you can roll them up for a little contrast. When the jumper is worn with stripes out, the roll on his sleeves are solid. When he wears his B nature onesie with the solid side out the stripes on his sleeves provide a beautiful touch of something different.
The B nature logo that you see in the photo above (on his chest), also appears on the striped side of the onesie.
My only complaint with the “reversible” function is that their is a “tag” is shown on the back of the solid side. It is a stamped “tag” but it still has the appearance of his shirt being on inside out.
I like the sewn outer tag that appears when worn with stripes out. You can see this sewn tag in the first photo of this review (above). I would like to have a mirrored tag like this instead of sewn on one side, and stamped on the other. To me, it isn’t a “true” reversible piece of clothing and this is what initially caught my attention.
What you want to know:
The snaps are firm but not overly firm. This means they stay together well, no matter how active he is, but isn’t difficult to unsnap later. There are also shoulder snaps to allow ample head room while dressing, or undressing, baby.
I have seen both the blue and pink options in person, and the colors are very pleasing, baby soft, and classic.
The onesie washed well and was just as soft afterwards as it was out of the package.
