In Honor of Earth Day, I want to think about how we can give thanks to God for our Earth and celebrate Earth Day at the same time.
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Psalm 124:8 Our help is in the name of the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
Psalm 136:5 who by his understanding made the heavens, His love endures forever.
God made our great Earth. He is our help in time of need. When we see the Earth becoming less than what God expects, we need to step up and help out. Whether we recycle, pick up trash, or plant trees, we need to remember that without God, we wouldn’t even be here!
Don’t forget, God’s love endures forever!
