Always striving to be an overachiever, I answered all three. My responses are:

Inspiration comes when we first fail.

I am most motivated by failure.

In 2015, I will uplift others by being there when they fail.

Failure drives me every day, because every day I fail at something.  Whether it it work related, parenting related, wife related, whatever – I fail and I’m learning to be okay with that.  Do you know why?

Failing means you’re trying!

Fail2

(Try as I may, I failed to find out who originally said that too *wink*)

Failing means you are trying and that is success in itself.  I try to be a great mom, I try to be a great wife, I try to be a great blogger, I try to be a great writer, I try to be successful – it doesn’t always happen, but I know I’m trying.

According to Forbes, ALL successful people fail and is an important step to learning, developing, and being successful.

1. Boldly fail. Failure can and will happen, regardless of how awesome your work ethic is. The most successful people understand the reality of failure and its importance in finding success. While you may want to run and hide after you fail, you must learn from your mistakes to ensure you don’t fail in the same way the second time around.

(12 Things All Successful People Do – Forbes)

According to the old saying, “you learn more from a failure than a success.”  I agree.  In the throws of success you can take advantage of what is given you and overlook the importance and purpose unless you first failed.  For this, I know 2015 will be a great year because I FAIL all the time!
