No Resolutions for 2015 Just #oneword365 #strength

I really dislike resolutions. They are great for about a month, then you forget all about them and move on to doing things the way you did before. Oneword365 is about focusing on a word that will help you grow ALL year and can be incorporated in every part of your life. Two years ago I chose the word Believe and it really made a big difference for me. Today I choose STRENGTH!

How will STRENGTH change my life in 2015? One of my biggest problems is lack of strength. I have back pain daily because I am not strong enough to do my exercises and therefore not strong enough to support my own back. Mentally, I need strength to make it through each day without giving up. So many horrible things happen in the world around us and it’s so much easier to just hide from it all. This year, I’m going to be strong and face challenges head on.

I took each letter in the word STRENGTH and listed words that will define my year:

E: Energy, Enthusiastic

N: Neatness, Now
