I was so excited to get my new Parka from Land’s End! Living in New Hampshire, a warm winter coat is a necessity. I chose the Smokey Plum color and it is fabulous. I only wish there was a little bit of snow so you could see how great it looks in a frozen winter land!

One of my favorite things about my new Squall Parka is all the pockets! There are pockets inside and outside the parka. Some zip and some button. You could carry your whole purse in these pockets!
I love the length of the parka! It ends just above the knees so it keeps me MUCH warmer than a traditional winter coat. The parka zips and has a storm flap to keep out that chilly winter breeze. And, for days when it’s not so cold or you just want a new look, you can remove the hood. I know when I leave my hood down it makes my long hair gets tangled at the collar.
The inside of the top half of the parka is Fleece-lined so it is super soft, comfy and warm! The Parka is windproof, waterproof and just about any kind of nasty winter weather-proof! It doesn’t make you feel like a Pillsbury Dough person either. Even with this warm parka, I can still move easily. I highly recommend the Squall Parka! You won’t be disappointed.
It feels close to real cashmere but costs a lot less! Think of this scarf as the next best thing to wearing authentic cashmere. Its microsueded fabric really is that soft. In fact, at first touch some mistake if for the real deal. That’s quite a compliment. Measures 70″ L x 15″ with 3-inch fringe. 100% acrylic. Hand wash. Imported.
