Ingredients
- 1 package Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
- ¾ cup quick cooking oats
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 can blueberries (enclosed), drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In medium bowl, stir together muffin mix, oats, almonds, cranberries, butter and egg until well blended.
- Gently stir in blueberries.
- Scoop 2 rounded tablespoons dough and place 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Press down slightly.
- Bake 9-11 minutes.
