For most people, they consider that breakfast is the heaviest meal, and dinner as the lightest. Breakfast should be a full meal because a person needs energy he needs for the whole day. Even though he still has lunch and snack in between, a person should never forget or even skip their breakfast every morning. Dinner, on the other hand, should just be at least half the serving size during lunch time. It is not healthy to eat so many at night, since there are no more strenuous activities that needs energy. 1. Pasta – it may be easy to prepare after having a tiring day at work. As a result, you may think that cooking a simple pasta recipe will do the trick. but it is not advisable to eat pasta as dinner, because it is one of the fattest and high calorie food. It is rich in carbohydrates that is hard to burn immediately. Even if your sauce is the healthiest sauce you’ve prepared, it will not lessen the amount of calories of the pasta. Adding cheese will even add to the calories the whole dish will have.
2. Pizza – there may be some people that would rather eat in restaurants than to prepare their own food at home because of their exhausting day at work. There are many tempting choices along the way, and one of these is dining in at a pizza parlor. A person would think that a tiring day should be rewarded with a slice or two of his favorite flavor of pizza. It is meaty, cheesy, juicy, and a bit oily—a big no-no for dinner. It is hard to digest properly, since the body is already tired with other work during the entire day. 3. Candies – it is not that bad to eat sweet food during the day, but keep it in moderation, especially in the evening. Even if it is true that dark chocolates are good for you and your brain, if you eat at least half of the bar, you will lose your most-awaited thinner figure. the calories that are in every chocolate you’ve eaten that night will stay in your body, and you will have a hard time keeping yourself in shape once again. Dark chocolates are also rich in caffeine that will definitely keep you feel awake for an hour or so, so it would be better to avoid chocolates at night.
