The most favorite toy among the dogs is Flap Jack!  Marley and our German Shepherd take turns squeaking it and throwing it up in the air.  It’s so funny to watch them.  I love that they haven’t torn it apart.  There isn’t any stuffing to pull out so it’s just a soft, flat, squeaky toy.  Normally, Marley digs out the squeaker, but he hasn’t even done that yet.  It’s like they have discovered that this squeaker toy is magical.

We have recently “semi-permanently adopted” a German Shepherd name Kirek. (She is the head pictured above with Flap jack.)  She came to us (to our Camp Wags Pet Resort) a few years ago and did nothing buy hide under the kitchen table for days on end.  Now, after we socialized her with other dogs, kids and many adults, she is a loyal love sponge and lives to play Frisbee.   She is Miss Manners when walking with her buddy Marley and my son and me.  The only thing that we haven’t been able to do with her is to teach her not to rush the door when we try to go outside.  The AKC GoodDog Helpline is just what we needed for some advice.
