Make sure you look for giveaways that offer free samples. If you can gather numerous samples, you can sell them on EBay and make some extra money.

You can find many local businesses that will draw a name for a prize. In some cases, you could win a car, motorcycle or something expensive. You just fill out a card, and if you win, you can sell anything that you do not want.

You will have many contests available that you can enter, so you need to decide what type of contests you would like to enter. Some are simple to enter as they just need your name, address and email address, and other contests require you to write an essay or fill out numerous forms. Your time is valuable; therefore, decide what contests and giveaways will be worth your time.
8. Know the Requirements
When looking for online sweepstakes to enter, make sure you are eligible. Some contests require you to reside in a certain state. Your chances of winning will be higher than the contests offered to the entire country.
If you need supplemental income, you want to win a prize that you can sell. Make sure that the contest does not require you to buy something to participate. In the end, don’t enter if doing so takes up too much of your time for little gain or you cannot sell the prize. You do not want to be stuck with useless junk that has no value. You might be surprised by what’s out there, and by what you can earn.
