Donuts!! yum! They bring great memories of taking the shortcut to the school with our bus driver. He used to take the whole bus for donuts once a week. Of course, that wouldn’t happen any more. But I still LOVE donuts and my son does too, really, who doesn’t?
National Donut Day and is on June 6! The Salvation Army volunteers who served donuts to troops in WWI. The Salvation Army is credited with popularizing the donut in the United States through this simple act of comfort and service.
