Ingredients:
- Ice Cube Tray (or your favorite ice pop making molds)
- Toothpicks or popsicle sticks
- I bottle Black Raspberry Sparkling ICE
- 1 container of fresh raspberries, chopped
Directions:
Fill your trays or molds with Sparkling ICE, topping each with a scoop of chopped raspberries. If using ice cube trays cover tray tightly with tin foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the foil into each cube. If using an ice pop maker place the handle sticks into the molds. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. This recipe works with any of your favorite Sparkling ICE flavors and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
Pomegranate Sparklers
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Pomegranate Blueberry Sparkling ICE
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice (or fresh lime juice and a dash simple syrup or agave nectar)
- 3 envelopes plain Knox gelatin
- Lime zest for garnish, if desired
Directions:
- In a saucepan, sprinkle pomegranate and lime juices with gelatin
- Allow to soak for a few minutes
- Heat on low, stirring constantly, until gelatin is fully dissolved (about 5 minutes)
- Stir in the Sparkling ICE making sure to fully incorporate
- Pour into pan or molds, and chill until set, several hours or overnight
- To serve, cut into desired shapes. Garnish with the lime zest
