Pam:. Can you tell me a little about you and your family?

Andrea :I am married to my college sweetheart for nearly 20 years. We have 8 children, a boy followed by 6 girls, then a baby boy at the end. We homeschool all of them.

Andrea: I love the hair clips!! I wanted to be able to purchase them for myself and my girls at a reduced price.

Pam: Have you always worked from home?

Andrea: No, I taught public school for three years when my first son was little. Then I came home to stay when my first daughter was born.

Pam: What do you like best about Lilla Rose?

Andrea:I LOVE the flexi clips! And the Lilla Rose hair bands are the only headbands I’ve been able to use without getting a headache.

Pam: Do you have a favorite Flexi?

Andrea: Yes. I have my “everyday” favorite flexi, which is a medium scrollwork heart. It is plain enough to match any outfit, yet still beautiful and feminine enough for leaving the house. If I’m wearing a “special” flexi, my favorite is the January 2013 Flexi of the Month, Kaleidoscope of Color.

Pam: What advice would you give ladies who want to become an independent consultant for LR?

Andrea: Just do it! It is so easy to get started and the company is easy to work with. We also have a wonderful group of consultants who help each other out. There is also no inventory required (although many do choose to carry inventory) and the minimum amount required to remain active is very low.

Pam: Tell me 3 things about your personality that makes you a great sales consultant.

Andrea: I am honest and trustworthy. I care about my customers. I love the products from Lilla Rose, which makes it easy to tell others about them!
