About Adora: Calcium Supplements made with Premium Chocolate

Adora® Calcium is a chocolate calcium supplement in decadent Dark Chocolate and creamy Milk Chocolate. It is the only calcium supplement made with rich, all-natural, premium chocolate. Crave Your Calcium®

Adora Calcium Supplements were introduced to the world in 2006 in all-natural, premium milk and dark chocolate, and designed so that two delicious disks a day provide 100% of the Daily Value of calcium plus the addition of vitamin D3 for improved bone health and magnesium for optimal absorption. And, the proof is in the chocolate – as recent studies continue to report, adequate calcium and vitamin D throughout life, as part of a well-balanced diet, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

My Review:

Saying that I love Chocolate is an understatement.  I can’t get enough chocolate.  I love that Adora Calcium supplements taste better than the Hershey Bliss chocolates we buy for a little treat!  The milk chocolate is creamy and smooth.  My son likes this one best.  I love that I can give him 2 or 3 of these and he gets his calcium for the day.  He isn’t a milk drinker so I”m gad he can get his Calcium with Adora!

I love the dark chocolate disks.  They are right up there with the super expensive chocolate. They are smooth, no funny or gritty texture like some other calcium supplements I have tried.  What else can you say about chocolate other than you’ll love Adora so much you will be tempted to take more than you should!

Speaking of that- calcium isn’t just for women with osteoporosis.  It’s for kids and adults too.  If you have a 4 to 8 year old, they should be getting 800 mg calcium per day.  My son, in the 9 to 18 year old category, should be getting 1300 mg of calcium per day.  Adults up to 50 should e getting 1000 mg of calcium per day.

As with any nutritional or vitamin supplement, please check with your doctor before indulging!
