My Review:
I have to admit, I loved this game before I even played it! Who doesn’t love Klondike bars?? I always loved that commercial so I knew I NEEDED this game. We have family game night at our house once a week and my son LOVES board games. The sillier the game, the better. He especially loves it when he can watch his parents make fools of themselves!
The game is better played with 4 to 6 players, but we still have fun with 3. The object of the game is to collect all 6 of the “non edible” Klondike cards.
To play, you roll the challenge cub to determine which Head-to-Head challenge you will compete in for the chance to win a Coveted Klondike card! Then you pick a player to compete against you in the challenge. Another player will be the judge and picks the next card and read the challenge that matches the color rolled. Then the judges have to write the name of the player who they think best completed the challenge. The player who wins the vote gets the Klondike card!!
It does help to have 4 people at least so you have more than one judge.
We loved the Display your theatrical Genius category. One of the challenges was to pretend that one of the judges in your pet who just did something naughty on the floor. You can imagine the fun we had with that one.
The game is rated for teens to adults, but my 10 year-old loved it and has no problem with any of the challenges or trivia.
I highly recommend this game for a fun-filled family game night. It would be a great party game for family get-togethers and more!! WWYD for a Klondike Bar gets 2 big thumbs up from me!
