My Review:
Did you know that if you Hoola Hoop for 10 minutes you burn as many calories as running one mile? We learned that from Miss Kellee on Hoopersize!! If you are looking for a great way to get your kids off the couch and moving, you need Hoopersize! My son couldn’t hoola hoop to save his life this morning. After watching the fun video with Miss Kellee, he can do it for about 30 or 40 seconds! She makes things so easy and fun that you want to try and want to succeed. You can watch my son below.
The Hoop is virtually indestructible! It is super easy to snap together. The videos are fun and hip! The CD Hooptunes is our new favorite CD that we listen to in the car!
