- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk

- Unfold the sheets of puff pastry and cut each sheet into 6 rectangles.
- Use a butterknife to score about ¼ – ½ inch inside each rectangular sheet.
