Heart-Shaped Valentine’s Pop-Tart Pops Kids Will Love (with strawberry filling)

Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to make something sweet, festive, and just a little extra fun—and these Valentine’s Pop-Tart Pops fit the bill perfectly. With heart shapes, a fruity strawberry filling, and colorful sprinkles, they’re a playful twist on a classic treat that kids and adults both love. Best of all, they’re incredibly easy to make, even if you’re short on time or baking with little helpers.

Valentine's pop-tart pops

Using pre-made pie crusts keeps this recipe simple and stress-free, while heart-shaped cookie cutters instantly give these pops their Valentine flair. The strawberry jelly adds a sweet, nostalgic filling, and once baked, a layer of frosting and sprinkles takes them over the top. They’re handheld, mess-friendly, and perfect for parties, school celebrations, or a fun afternoon baking project.

What makes these Valentine’s Pop-Tart Pops especially great is how customizable they are. You can switch up the jelly flavor, choose different sprinkle colors, or even let kids decorate their own pops once they’ve cooled. Whether you’re making them for a classroom treat, family dessert, or a festive Valentine platter, these pops are guaranteed to bring smiles.
