Right from the beginning, Michael Angelo’s lasagna looked just like mom used to make.  It had distinct layers of noodles, cheese, noodles, meat.  The noodles were actual solid lasagna noodles, not little squishy pieces.  The first ingredient I could taste was fresh cheese.  The sauce was sweet and savory and had delicious herbs and spices.  I’m hooked!

I love that is has absolutely no preservatives!  They make small batches from scratch.  The first ingredient is tomatoes, (no canned tomato puree here), next is pasta then ricotta cheese.  There aren’t any ingredients that I can’t pronounce!

I highly recommend Michael Angelo’s for Italian night at your house, or any night you want a fresh, delicious lasagna!!
