For Thanksgiving, we did have some traditional turkey, but we also added ribs to the menu this year. It was the perfect canvas to try some rubs and sauces on. Our favorite was the Kosmos Q Honey Killer Bee Rub.  After trying this one, I can certainly see why it is one of their top sellers. It was the perfect way to add a little sweetness to the savory pork ribs. The rub infused nicely with the ribs and provided a nice, colorful coating when fully cooked. The ribs didn’t last very long as everyone scoped up a couple to enjoy with their meal.

As we approach Christmas, I’m excited to try other rubs for our out-of-the-box meal. This year we are having beef tenderloin, roasted duck and glazed ham.
