You will need the following items to make this recipe:
Small and Large pots, silicone spatula, large bowl, plastic gloves
Ingredients:
- 9 cups of popped popcorn
- ÂĽ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 drops of blue food coloring
- 3 tbsp butter
- 10.5 oz bag of marshmallows
- 1 cup mini oreos
- 1 cup mini Chips Ahoy, slightly broken
- 24 candy eyeballs
Directions:
- Heat sugar and water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until the mixture becomes a clear syrup and the sugar has completely dissolved. Stir often to ensure even heating.
Once dissolved, add food coloring and stir until the color is uniform.
- In a large bowl, pour the syrup over the popcorn and mix well to ensure all the popcorn is coated.
- Next, add the cookies to the bowl.
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Once melted, add the marshmallows and continue cooking until they are completely melted.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and cookies, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
- Using gloves, form the mixture into 12 balls.
- Finally, place two candy eyeballs on each ball. Enjoy your treat!
