Many women neglect taking good care about themselves because they are so busy to pursue their career and look after their family. 1. While you are in shower you can have a body scrub at the same time perform a hot oil treatment for your hair.
Grab a bottle of hot oil treatment and gently massage it on your hair and cover with a shower cap. While waiting for the hot oil to penetrate in your hair you can scoop a handful of body scrub cream and scrub it on your body focusing on your elbows, knees and your back. Remove shower cap and rinse off the hot oil treatment. And do not forget to moisturize by dabbing a good amount of body lotion on your tired skin.
2. While driving the kids to school and stuck in a traffic take this opportunity to squeeze a small amount of moisturizer on your face, followed by a liquid foundation. This is better than spending the time being stressed out and worried about the traffic.
3. On weekends, hire a nanny to watch over your kids for a few hours while you go head to the beauty parlor.
Taking care of yourself is one way of showing your kids that you are still in control and it is also a way of showing love to yourself.
It does not mean that you should spend the whole weekend away from your kids in fact if you have daughters you can take them along with you and have a girl bonding in the beauty parlor.
