MSA3 HEPA Pet Air Purifier
Sometimes I have to try to believe something. My husband always tells me things, and unless I do it my way first, I don’t believe him. This is how I feel about air purifiers. I wasn’t sold and didn’t think our home really needed one. Then, I set my kitchen (literally) on fire. The how isn’t important (it’s pretty embarrassing). However, I really hated the smell that was left behind.
Then I got the MSA3 Air Purifier. Once I set it up and placed it in our kitchen, the odors are gone. The residual damage from the fire is only visible on the marks left on the walls. The smell is completely gone. That is shocking in itself, but if you aren’t convinced that this purifier is worth its weight in gold, then lets talk about food smells.
My husband and I also have a food truck. Sometimes, the prepping of food happens in our kitchen. Regardless of how much you clean, there is a food prep smell sometimes. This wonderful air purifier takes care of that too.
How Does it Work?
The MSA3 removes pet dander, dust, pollen, smoke, odor, and mold. There is a 3-stage filtration with OdallerPure Technology. 99.97% of particles are filtered out of the air. That’s really amazing!
The MSA3 is made for big rooms up to 159 sq feet, has a low noise operation, and is 100% ozone-free. When the description says it’s quiet, it’s not lying. I hardly hear it when it’s on, and even then, I have to be near it for that to occur.
MSB5 Small Room HEPA Air Purifier with RGB Light
I love my big purifier in my kitchen, but I also wanted something for my bedroom. I have a cat and my husband is sensitive to smells. It’s not like I don’t clean up after my cat, but he’s overly sensitive to the possibility of a smell. The MSB5 Air Purifier is perfect for my bedroom.
It is set up on my husband’s nightstand and it’s super quiet. You can barely hear it and I leave it on all the time. This is the cool part of this machine; it adjusts itself to the level of filtration it needs. I put it on auto mode, and it takes it from there. The filter cranks itself up if there is a lot of movement and activity. If no one is home or in the room, it’s on low mode.
There is also a colorful and adjustable RGB light to create a fun and warm ambiance. I love all the colors, but most of the time, I leave it on one solid color. It will cycle through all the colors if I want it to. It’s incredibly fun to have.
The MSB5 has a 3-stage filter with a pre-filter, HEPA filter, and activated carbon filter. Nothing gets through that thing. Air is circulated around the room up to 215 sq ft. I’m very happy with this Air Purifier as much as I am with the larger MSA3.
My Thoughts
I only have great thoughts about these air purifiers from Membrane Solutions. However, I will say that you need to make sure to unbox, unwrap, and uncover everything before plugging them in. I didn’t do that and was upset to see they wouldn’t turn on. Then, of course, I realized I needed to take them apart, unwrap everything, and then plug them in. Since I did that, I haven’t had one itty bitty problem out of them. My home smells clean, my allergies have calmed down, and my husband hasn’t once complained about any smell in our home. Imagine what a great housewarming present this would make someone!
