My review:
Love with Food does just that, makes me fall in love with food all over again. Just when I thought I found the perfect food, my cute Red “Best Bites” box arrived. It was full of bite-sized foods. I got to try all kids of new food items that I had never imagined would be so delicious. My favorite snack in the box was the Somersault Snacks. They are crunchy, nutty, sunflower nuggets that are just salty enough to satisfy the salty craving that we all get. And they are good for you!
My son’s favorite was the Stretch Island Fruit leather. Each one was so naturally sweet. What a great alternative to that sugar filled Fruit by the Foot snack. They even have 1/2 serving of fruit in each one and only 45 calories. He loves them so much, I may be forced to buy more:)
My husband is a big nut fan, he had to fight with me over the Somersault Snacks. In the end, he liked the Sahale Snacks the best. The almonds were not too sweet, but still had that sweet and salty taste.
I really am impressed with Love with Food’s mission to help fight childhood hunger. We take our meals for granted, each and every day. With one little red box, we can donate a meal to give a child a full belly. That makes me feel good all over!
I also enjoy the themes Love with Food promotes each month. January was healthier bites, in time for those New Year’s Resolutions. February is all about love and Valentine’s Day. I can’t wait to see what March will bring!
