Finding a good toy for a toddler can be hard. Babies at this age love multiple things and will have some toys that they just can’t live without. I think I’ve found a great company that not only makes good toys, but I think they could be your baby’s next best friend. Little Big Friends make a variety of animal toys that are soft, musical, and oh so cute.
Little Big Friends
The Little Big Friends are adorable soft animals available in a whole range of characters designed to amuse and delight toddlers.
The Musical Animals are soft music boxes, where each animal plays a different melody.
Their mini versions, the Tiny Friends rattles, are collectible for infinite play possibilities! They are so cute and stylish that they fit perfectly in any nursery.
The Pull-Along Animals are fun companions on wheels that can accompany baby on his first adventures!
Because we love farm animals, I wanna share all the cute little farm animals we have from Little Big Friends.
Musical Friends
The Musical Friends are so incredibly sweet and soft. We have Paulette the Hen and Emma the Cow. My granddaughter loves her animals and these are her favorite! She gives kisses and hugs to her animals.
Each animal plays a sweet tune when the cord is pulled. Emma the Cow plays Mozart’s Magical Flute when the cord is pulled out of her chest. Paulette the Hen plays The Last Rose of Summer when her cord is pulled.
I love these guys because they are not too big or too small for baby girl to play with. She holds the hen and says, “Bok Bok!” and “Moo” with the cow. These toys are good for learning about animals.
Pull Along Friends
We have Adrien the Dog as a Pull Along Friend. Baby girl loves this little guy. She kisses on him and if she sees him, she insists on him hanging out with her. He has little wheels that help him follow along when pulled.
The only thing that scares me about Adrien is that his pull cord comes apart and the little plastic connectors come apart pretty easily. I worry that she will chew on them and they may break. She is 14 months old and is still putting a lot of stuff in her mouth. The cord hasn’t broken, but I’ve watched her very closely when she plays with him. The cord is made to grow with baby, and Adrien is safe for babies 12 months and up. But she loves him so much I can’t keep him from her.
Activity Toys
Balls are so much, especially for toddlers. Baby girl loves her Little Big Friends balls. She has a Discovery Ball and Roly Poly set of 4 balls. They are all a little different and they have different textures. She shakes them, and they each make a different light bell sound.
The Roly Poly balls are decorated like sweet little farm animals. They are small enough for her to hold in her toddler hands, but big enough that they won’t hurt her.
The Discovery Ball has all kinds of fun stuff on them. There are numbers, pictures of animals, and colors on them. Baby girl immediately comes for it when she visits my house. Also, the light jingle sound it makes when she shakes it is fun.
My Thoughts on Little Big Friends
I really love Little Big Friends. These fun toys are not only sweet and fun, they also will help with the development of my granddaughter. I can also see myself getting Little Big Friends for toddler gifts. These are toys that I can feel good about getting for my friends and family’s babies. Who wouldn’t want to be the one to introduce a little one to a new best friend?
