Iconic Paintings
Plus Plus took inspiration from four very iconic pairings to color a collection of blocks. They used colors out of Monet’s The Japanese Footbridge, Mondrian’s Composition A, Klimt’s The Kiss, and Hokusai’s the Great Wave.
I think this not only was a great idea because the colors are beautiful in each tube of blocks, but think of the learning opportunities you can share with your kids. Art to me has always been inspirational because of the creativity that the artists have inside them. Showing children the tubes with the colors inspired by these famous paintings, telling them about the paintings and artists teaches them something about history and art.
With 350 uniquely colored pieces in each reusable, display quality tube, each package comes with a little flyer that shares information on the painting the tube inspired and the artist who painted it.
A Little More
Designed and made in Denmark, in their zero-plastic waste factory, they use 100% wind energy, a renewable energy source to manufacture their blocks. Blocks are also BPA and phthalate free. The bright and colorful blocks are even more unique because they can make flat creations or the 3D version of animals, structures, or vehicles.
