A little girl sandwiched between two brothers often wholeheartedly embraces all things GIRLY! When our package from Emz Baby Bows arrived, my almost three-year-old daughter was more than embracing girly things, she was squealing in delight as pink, purple, flowery, ribbony pretties poured out of the package and into her tiny hands. She immediately begged me to try everything on– twice.

It was the love of all things girly that prompted Emily from Emz Baby Bows to start crafting these beautiful hair goodies for her own little girls. Here’s a glimpse of Emily’s passion for her daughters and her business in her own words:
“I started making bows when my first daughter was 3 months old. I was tired of the expensive hair bows in boutiques and the cheap bows that fell apart from grocery stores. What started as a trip to Hobby Lobby for ribbon and a new glue gun has turned into so much more! I started selling my bows on Etsy, as I made them for my daughter. Things picked up a little and I have even sent bows to Canada, Australia, Greece, and Germany! This is not a career for me– but it is fantastic to have a hobby that pays for itself (and my obsession with hair accessories for my girls). Before my second daughter was born, she had her own bow holder with over 30 matching elastic bow/headbands. Of course, now both of my girls are little fashion divas (at the ages of 3 and 2) and insist on a bow or headband before leaving the house!”
From the moment I opened the package from Emily, I was not only blown away by just how cute her products are, but also by how apparent it is that they are made with love. My daughter has been wearing these bows for a couple of weeks now and they stay in her very fine hair amazingly well. They are also tough. Again, being sandwiched between two brothers will provide plenty of opportunities to road test and verify that. The bows still look brand new and are just as cute as can be. We have had so much fun each day choosing a beautiful hair accessory to match my daughter’s outfits.
I do have a confession. The night I got the package from Emily, I got on the computer and ordered a few more things that my daughter and I agreed she really needed—okay, really wanted. We actually still have a quite a wishlist and will definitely be buying more cute things from Emily in the very near future.
