My Review:
My son has been eating peaches and creme in his lunch since he was in Kindergarten. These DOLE Fruit Parfaits are perfect for lunches, after school snacks and even breakfast! He says he likes the peaches just as much as the creme part. He gives the Peaches and Creme 2 big thumbs up!. My favorite flavor is Pineapples and Creme. I love the slightly tart taste of the Pineapple with the sweetness of the creme. Perfect combination when you need a little sweet pick me up! The Apples and Creme remind me of Apple pie! It comes in a close second on my list.
You can feel good about eating these for a snack or giving them to your kids for a treat. They are low fat, low in sodium and have lots of vitamin C. AND… they only have 120 calories! I give them two more Big thumbs up!
Eating these DOLE Fruit Parfaits are like a Sweet Escape from the everyday normal routine. Here is one my favorite 5-Minute Getaways: Grab a notebook, pencil and head outside for an inspiring escape. Sit down on the lush green grass or a big boulder or on a bridge. Write down a list of words that come to mind as you are sitting there, hopefully soaking in the sun. Just relax and take in nature for 5 minutes. When your time is up, collect your thoughts and notebook and head back to reality. Use your list of words to do a creative project. Write a poem. Make a Wordle- Word Cloud. Make a picture collage. Do something fun that Moms don’t normally have time to do!
