My Review:
Let me first confess that I am not a “Girlie-Girl” so I am challenged when it comes to nail polish. My manicure party turned into chatting, eating, drinking, not much manicure action happened. So, I gave the Moon Candy a test run on my own. The first thing you need to do is pay attention. These bottles have 2 bottles of polish- the base coat and the top glitter coat. The brushes are in the middle of the bottles. MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THE NAIL POLISH THAT IS ON THE BOTTOM. I made the mistake of opening the one one the top and now I have a purple hand. Haste makes waste. So, be sure the dark base color is on the bottom, open that one (they have numbers 1 and 2 if you look). Put the base coat on your nails. Let it dry completely. Then turn the bottle over with the top coat on the bottom. Open the glittery top coat and make your nails sparkle!
EXPERT TIPS:
Step 1: Apply 1 or 2 coats of base shade and allow to dry completely.
Step 2: Overlay with glitter topcoat for a beautiful, holographic effect.

I love the glittery, 3D look with the topcoat. It does look holographic! I highly recommend Revlon Moon Candy to all you ladies that love to try new types of nail art!
