Latest Trends For Diamond Eternity Rings

September 27, 2021 by Pam Maynard

You should wear a spectacular ring to commemorate your everlasting love. With diamonds adorning every inch of this diamond eternity band, it is one of the most popular designs. Whether paired with your engagement ring or on its own, this band will make the perfect addition to any jewelry collection…

Pear-shaped diamond rings.

In addition to being feminine and sophisticated, pear-shaped gems give rings a modern look. This trend of eternity ring is expected to continue into 2022. Pear-shaped diamonds evoke the very essence of elegance and grace. A halo setting or solitaire setting’s graceful curves enhance the stone’s sparkle.

A stunning stone speaks for itself. Pear-shaped gemstones are reminiscent of tears. Diamonds are supposed to represent tears of joy, and they elongate and slim fingers. The diamond may face up or down in a pear-shaped diamond ring depending on how you feel.

Emerald Engagement Rings.

Considering an emerald engagement ring instead of a blue diamond ring is an excellent alternative if you’re not a blues fan.

Emeralds are known for their serenity and ability to initiate new beginnings-they also have an undeniable beauty about almost every shade of emerald is a perfect match for your skin tone, which is another reason why 2021 will be the “it” stone in the jewelry field in tone.

You may find it hard to distinguish the color of your skin with a lighter emerald hue if your skin is fair. For olive-toned skin, use emerald green lipstick to enhance the golden undertones.

Channel diamond rings.

There is no metal in between the stones, creating a channel that sets each stone next to the other. Those with an active lifestyle will benefit from channel settings because the diamonds are protected. Princess-shaped diamonds, round diamonds, and baguettes look great in this setting.

Square Cut Diamond.

As eternity rings become increasingly popular, many are now made with rounds and squares alternating.  Even though the design might seem unconventional at first glance, its whimsical nature makes it a must-have.

The stones within many eternity rings tend to be the main focus, while some earn more attention with the rings themselves.  An etched or embossed band will add a sparkle to your ring and appear much larger when viewed from a distance, yet it is not a stone but instead, a design added to it.

Latest Trends For Diamond Eternity Rings

Vintage Engagement Rings.

Consider a sparkler with Victorian or art deco flair and take a cue from engagement ring trends of bygone eras. How are these rings different? Details make a difference.

An antique look is achieved with detailed touches such as milgrain (a beaded metal pattern), filigree (metal wire details), and elaborate diamante halos.

You can’t go wrong with an engagement ring that is both glamorous and timeless, whether you decide to repurpose a family heirloom, shop estate jewelry, or choose a new style with a vintage-inspired setting.

Rose Cut Diamond.

Old souls, take note: This trend in engagement rings will take you back in time. Diamonds with rose cuts have flat bottoms and domed tops, similar to the shape of rosebuds. They were popular in the 1500s. Due to their less faceted design and lack of Pavillion than modern diamonds, antique diamonds generally appear glassier and less brilliant than modern diamonds.
