Instant Pot Coca Cola Pulled Pork Recipe
Ingredients needed:
3-4 lb Boneless Pork Roast
1 Cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup Coca Cola
Buns
Cole Slaw (optional topping)
How to make this yummy Instant Pot Coca Cola Pulled Pork:
Place pork roast into the instant pot.
Pour in a 1/2 cup of Coca Cola.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn the vent to Seal & cook on manual for 65 minutes (high pressure).
Once the pork roast is done cooking, natural release for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and shred the pork. I find it easiest to use a big grill fork with a regular table fork.
Stir in the BBQ sauce.
Serve on hamburger buns and top with Cole slaw.
