My Mom had a stroke in March. She had been confined to her bed months prior to that due to back surgery. I am her only child and we live an hour apart. When I would talk to her on the phone she always sounded down. My Thoughts
I downloaded the Nixplay app (in the Apple Store or in the Google Play Store). It was fairly easy to set up an account and add photos the to the smart frame.
I connected to my Wifi and uploaded a bunch of family photos for my Mom to scroll through when she was in bed resting and missing us. After her stroke she was having some trouble remembering some things. By giving her a smart frame from Nixplay she has been able to recall trips we have taken over the last few years.
My Mom’s face lit up when she opened the frame and I got it set up for her. She sat with my four year old daughter and watched all the photos go through the slideshow. Watching her smile as she looked through all the digital photos made my heart super happy. Nixplay has been such a mood lifter for her and I am grateful for that.
