Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole
Ingredients needed:
4 lb potatoes (boiled & peeled)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
pepper to taste
salt to taste
2 cups cheddar cheese
4 green onions (chopped)
2.5 oz bag bacon bits
How to make this delicious Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the potatoes and then add the sour cream, butter, cream cheese, milk, salt, pepper, cheese, green onions and bacon bits. Make sure to leave a little bit of cheese out to use as garnish later.
Mix well.
Transfer to a baking pan/dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve & enjoy.
