The different oils in the set really run the spectrum of helping with things mom might need. She may need help settling down to sleep, so Serenity can create a tranquil environment conducive to rest. If she needs to be up and at ’em, she can use Peppermint which is a stimulating, energizing aroma. Wild Orange also can achieve an uplifting, energizing mood. Breathe is great for to clear airways and have easy breathing. On Guard helps freshen the air against germs. Mom’s Thoughts
I love the Laluz diffuser, it is sleek and attractive, and will fit in most decor styles. It is an ultrasonic diffuser with frosted glass, and you can have it set to white light or a magenta color. It will diffuse for up to 8 hours which leaves my house fresh and detoxed. The oils it comes with are ones I use often to diffuse or to apply topically. When allergies are high and my throat gets sore, I put On Guard on my throat. It helps with the soreness and is my go to during cold and flu season. I also put Serenity and Balance in a bottle mixed half and half and my husband dabs it on his wrists when he gets anxious. You can do the same in the diffuser for anxiety.
I use Peppermint on my forehead for headaches, and love to diffuse it for a boost in my alertness. My daughter uses Cheer when she is overwhelmed to help keep her uplifted. We diffuse Breathe when our sinuses are clogged up, and it works wonderfully. You can also rub some on topically to help open up easy breathing.
All of these oils are really fantastic and natural. No cloying candle scents that give you an instant headache. I am super sensitive to perfume and products like Febreeze and Lysol. They make me sick and I cannot stand them. Even hand sanitizer has been known to set me off! Thankfully DoTERRA is pure and natural and I do not have any issues with them. They are adding to my environment by detoxing the air and helping my mood, rather than filling the air with chemicals and artificial fragrances. I am so glad I can use the power of nature to make my home smell great!
