Maintain and encourage living a healthy lifestyle so your child has a lot of natural energy and is prepared to think and work all day. For instance, enforce a regular and early bedtime so that they’re well-rested and make sure they eat a healthy breakfast before heading out the door each morning.
They’ll be looking to your cues and you as a role model when it comes to self-care and handling stress so make sure you’re setting a good example for your child. When they are taking good care of themselves then they’ll be more equipped to take on the pressures that may arise at school and with their studies.
