My Thoughts:

I’ve noticed they also help him sleep better. When he was impressed with the gummies, I tried them as well. Sometimes I have trouble “turning off my brain” at bedtime. With the Relax Gummies, I can fall asleep faster and sleep longer!
The Energy Gummies are perfect for those sleepy hours after lunch. My son has used these as well to help him focus on his senior workload.
