This year is one of big changes at our house! My son is graduating high school! I’m so excited to be able to make some fun Graduation Announcements on Mixbook to send to our family and friends. We had some amazing photos taken in the fall, and now I actually get to use them.
With everything being different this year, sending out graduation announcements is more important this year. It has been a trying school year but the end is near. Graduating from High School only happens once and your grad deserves all the love and acknowledgement they can get. Graduation Announcements:
Pick your favorite design:
You can start with a blank card or use a graduation announcement template like the ones below. The best part, these templates are customizable! You can change the colors to your school colors. You can change the font, add stickers and more!
Upload pictures easily:
I’m used to having to download the app, upload the photos from there and then it will sync on your PC. But with Mixbook, you scan the QR code, select the photos you need and once you refresh the page, they are here! It’s like magic!
Choose your photos:
On the top left of the screen, you’ll see the option to add photos, sort photos, hide used photos (this is a great feature when making photo books) and this is where you select the photo you want in your creation.
Edit Backgrounds, Add Sticker, Edit Text!
On the left side of your screen, you’ll see the options to change your background, add stickers and edit text color and font. You can see how easy it is to customize your project with your school colors and favorite fonts.
That’s it! You’ve created a masterpiece that is ready to be seen by the world!
Share or Order your project:
From here, you can email the announcement, share it with the link (I used this to share on social media), and sometimes, you might want to share a project so others can buy it. (this would be more for photo books, etc)
Most people plan to mail their Graduation Announcements or Invitations. It’s very simple and their are options as shown below.
After you make the perfect Graduation Announcement, you can make a custom Graduation Invitation. After seeing how great the Announcements looked, my son is planning on creating the Invitation.
