Guacamole Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 tomato – diced
- 1 shallot – diced (you can substitute with half a red onion)
- 1 jalapeno – diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro – minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- This recipe makes 5 servings
- Prep time: 15 minutes
Mash the 2 avocados in a medium-sized bowl.
Stir in salt, pepper, and lime juice to your desired taste.
Add your chopped tomato, shallot, jalapeno, and cilantro. Mix until everything is well-combined.
You can add a little more salt, pepper, and lime juice to adjust the flavors.
Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!
