With many schools now closed due to the uncertain health risks, kids are now getting their classes done online. That means the kids will need to get their lunch at home. You are already busy with a bunch of other things to do. The last thing you need is to spend an hour or so making the kids lunch. Here are four lunch ideas that you can make your kids in under 15 minutes.

Quesadilla

Kids love cheese and they love tortillas. You can quickly make your kids a filling quesadilla with just a few ingredients. All you need is shredded cheese, tortillas, and possibly some salsa or sour cream. Get a frying pan and fry the quesadilla with cheese for a couple of minutes. Then flip the quesadilla over and press it down. Be sure to flip the quesadilla over a few times until it is nice and toasted. Your kids will have a warm and filling lunch that they will love.

Mac and Cheese

Speaking of cheese, what kid does not like mac and cheese? If you are really in a time crunch, you can get the microwave cups of mac and cheese. All you have to do is add water. If you are using Mac and Cheese from the box, you will need to make sure that you have milk and butter. A nice bowl of mac and cheese can be done in 15 minutes.

Tuna Sandwich

Here’s a healthy tuna recipe lunch that your kids will enjoy. A tuna sandwich only requires bread, a can of tuna, and mayo. Simply mix the tuna with the mayo and spread onto the bread. You can make your kids a healthy tuna fish sandwich in under five minutes.

Deli Meat Roll-ups

Give your kids something healthy in just a few minutes. All you need are some soft flour taco shells, deli meat, cheese and mayo or mustard. Spread the mayo or mustard on one side of the taco shell, then add the meat and cheese. Roll up the flour tortilla and you are done. This is an easy lunch that your kids will enjoy without making a big mess.

It doesn’t take a lot to make a lunch that your kids will enjoy at home. Be sure to get all the lunch supplies that you need during the week. With these four simple recipes, you can easily have something that the kids will look forward to every day of the week.
