My mom is such an integral part of my life. I may be 40 with three kids of my own, but I still need my mom. I call her regularly and we text daily. If I need to ask a cooking question, vent about my life, or just talk about chickens- she is always there. We have a mutual love of animals and often talk about Silkie chickens which we breed occasionally. Anyway she is very important to me, and there is no one just like her. Thank You Gift Basket
The Thank You Gift Basket is the one I tried out. It has cookies, candy, and coffee in it. I cannot think of a more perfect combo to make me happy. I tore into the Belgium chocolate as soon as I opened the basket. They were so good! I was generous and shared them with the family.
Then I brewed some Caramel Kisses coffee and got a plate of cookies. There are three types of cookies in the basket. Chocolate chip, Peanut butter chocolate chip, and Mudpuppies. The coffee is delicious and all the cookie varieties pair perfectly with the coffee. The coffee let me take a moment to myself and just sit and enjoy the world around me.
Now I think I am very generous, but some things are not on the list to share. I took the Sea Salt Caramels, the French Chocolate Truffles, and the Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate and Caramel Bar for myself. I plan to enjoy these over the days probably with a few more cups of the Gourmet Coffees. They will serve to be a decadent escape for a few minutes each day. Unfortunately I will have to hide them or my 16 year old son will help himself! I already pried the the bar out of his hand once.
