Double the Fun, Double the Stroller!
Do you have a toddler and another baby on the way? OR Are you expecting twins? You’re going to need a double stroller!
What kind of things should you look for in a double stroller. One of my favorite Double Strollers is the City Select at Peppy Parents.
1. Safety: Does it meet all Safety requirements and have a high safety rating? Make sure it has the 5-point safety harness to keep your precious cargo safe!
2. Easy to steer and handle: Can you steer it with one hand and drink your latte in the other?? Do the wheels go in different directions? I know with my jogging stroller with one wheel in front, it was extremely difficult to turn.
3. Storage space: Make sure you have room to fit your diaper bag and baby’s favorite toys and blankie.
4. Easy to fold: Can you fold the stroller with one hand while holding a baby or bag in the other? Make sure the stroller doesn’t fold too easily.
5. Is it Versatile? Can you put the car seats on the stroller? I loved that option. So easy and babies stay sleeping. Can you face them away from you or towards you?
6. Lightweight: When you have 2 children to push around, it’s so nice to have a lightweight stroller so you have less to move. Not to mention that it will be easier to put into your trunk or back of your vehicle if it doesn’t weigh 50 pounds.
7. Seats Are the seats big enough for your children to put their toys beside them or put their feet up? Are the seats side-by-side or behind each other? Be sure to check out the width of the seats in a side-by-side. Remember, these babies are going to grow and need a roomy seat for their toys that they just can’t leave at home.
