Valentine Oatmeal Bites
**Makes 15-20
Ingredients:
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
¼ Cup Peanut Butter
¼ Cup Honey
¼ Cup Shredded Coconut
¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds
¼ Cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
Optional: Wilton’s Heart Sprinkles
How to make Valentine Oatmeal Bites:
1. Combine all ingredients, except sprinkles in a medium size bowl and mix well.
2. Store in refrigerator for 20 minutes, then take out.
3. Using a cookie scoop, press mixture in tight balls and place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
4. Optional: Place heart sprinkles on each bite.
5. Store in refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.
6. Take out and enjoy!!
