About Welcome-a-Cure:
Each year Carpet One Floor & Home designs an exclusive collection of 2 x 3′ Made-in-USA welcome mats with 25% of each $29.99 mat funding 5-star Charity Navigator-rated Breast Cancer Research Fund (BCRF)’s programs.
Breast cancer awareness doesn’t just last a month for some women, so the welcome mats are available all year long in Carpet One Floor & Home stores throughout the U.S., beginning in October. 
Through its Pink Ribbon Welcome Mat project, Carpet One Floor & Home has raised almost over a million dollars to support breast cancer research. Twenty-five percent (25%) of each sale will be donated directly to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Each mat features a sturdy rubber backing and a pink ribbon to remind people of the cause it supports. All welcome mats are stain and water resistant, machine washable, made in the USA, are suitable for indoor or outdoor use and measure 2’ by 3’.

- Annual screening mammography beginning at age 40.
- Breast self-examination is optional but beneficial. Women who choose to do breast self-examination should receive instruction from their health providers.
- Clinical breast examination every three years for women in their 20s and 30s, and annually for women aged 40 and older.
