Velvet Caviar launched in 2014 with the tagline phrase “Pretty yet Protective.” The goal was to make pretty phone cases that also were protective. In the past the founder found pretty cases did not protect her phones and the name brand cases that did protect, where not pretty. She set forth with her vision from her bedroom in NYC.
