What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (shortened to CBD) is a pure and natural chemical that has been commonly used for personal health and wellness for a long time. Different Tpes of CBD
There are two types of CBD, and it is important to understand how they differ in ingredients. One type is called Full Spectrum CBD. This oil uses the whole hemp plant to get a hemp oil extract, which includes CBD and other chemicals. These other chemicals may include up to 0.3% of THC. This trace amount will not cause any feelings of being “high” however, this version could show up on a drug screen. The other type is called THC FREE CBD oil and it contains only the isolated CBD chemical without any THC or other chemicals extracted from the hemp plant. As a consumer; it is important you know which product you are using.

I started using the 5mg oil and placed 1 dropper of oil under my tongue three times a day. Now, I use the 25mg strength and take half in the morning and half mid afternoon. For me, this seems to be a good dosage which has allowed me to find relief from my joint pain.
My personal Experience
I have been using CBD oil for a over two years, and have tried several brands and strengths. I like this version and strength because it works for my needs and it is clean tasting. CBD oil doesn’t have a real taste that you can put a name on. It is an oil so it does have that oily taste and feel, for lack of better description. My Thoughts

I like using both products in combination, because the oil works faster but has shorter lasting power while the cream takes longer to absorb, it works hours longer. So, depending on if I am looking for all over relief or just on a specific area (like my knees), I will use one or the other..or both.
