There comes a point as we grow up that simply coloring a picture for our mom doesn’t spark the same joy as it did when we were younger. Not to say that I still don’t receive colored pictures from even my adult children, but it is usually for something silly and not as a gift. My Thoughts
Precious Moments figures have been a special gift for folks all around the world. I have several pieces that I received marking milestones or events that I cherish. One thing I never knew was that they were all hand painted. Wow, just think about that for a minute. As beautiful as they are, to think that someone hand painted them just elevates them in my book.
Continued Memories
Each of the figures whether a seasonal or to commemorate a special day will always evoke those special feelings every time you look at them. That is one of the things that makes gifts from Precious Moments® so touching. They don’t fade or lose their value. They are not consumed and then gone. Not that I haven’t received some amazing consumable treats of the years, but you know what I mean.
