My Thoughts:
This is the second Hoverboard my son has tested. The first one almost killed me- it wasn’t a self-leveling Hoverboard and I fell off before I even got on all the way. The new GOTRAX SRX is so much easier to get on and off. It automatically self-levels to be parallel to the ground, making it much easier to get on and off and ride! The first hoverboard had a huge learning curve for my son. The SRX was like riding a bike. He turned it on, mounted it from behind the board and off he went. He loves it! I love it because it gets him outside, out of his room- a teenager’s favorite place to be!
- The Bluetooth speakers are a great addition. They are easy to pair with your phone so you can listen to music while riding. I love that he doesn’t have to use earbuds to listen to his music and he can hear everything going on around him.
- If he wanted to, he could ride up to 5 miles without re-charging the battery! That’s amazing. He could ride to his friend’s house and back without worrying about it dying halfway home.
- The GOTRAX SRX comes in fun colors- like the bright yellow we received. It’s also available in blue, white, gray, magenta, and more!
- Be Safe! Always wear a helmet when riding your GOTRAX SRX Hoverboard! Never use in water, or big puddles, it is NOT waterproof. If you are a new rider, it doesn’t hurt to wear knee pads and elbow pads. My son did the first time he tried one.
