SANSI Dusk to Dawn LED Security Light
This waterproof motion sensor flood light automatically runs from dusk to dawn protecting the outside area with bright LED security lights.
SANSI RGB LED Flood Light
This RGB (Red, Green, Blue) LED Flood Light has a waterproof rating of IP65 and is run by a memory function remote control. It has color changing lights with multiple settings.
My Thoughts:
Now that I find myself home alone more, I started noticing the areas on the yard that are not lit up with the outside lights are turned on. And since we already love the SANSI lights and use them around the house, they were our first choice in a new Dusk to Dawn light for those times when I either have to go outside at night or someone – something comes on the property.
This lighting system does require a hard wire installation. It is super easy to do and I would recommend placing this where you already have an outside light. We replaced our old plain style floor light and now I no longer have to remember to turn the flood lights on or off.
Energy Efficient
Not only is this light energy efficient, the 36W motion sensor light is equivalent to a 250W incandescent light.That is a super bright light! It is also rated at 3,600 lumens, and has an estimated lifespan of up to 50,000 hours (which is almost 23 years based on the average use of three hours a day).
East Setup
Set up is easy with the adjustable modes. You have the option of having the lights come on at certain times of the day, only when it picks up movement, or from dusk to dawn. We have ours set to come on when movement is picked up. And let me tell you that when this light comes on, I can tell it is on even through the closed blinds at night!
RGB LED Light
Another light that we are enjoying is the RGB LED light. This light will be so much fun in the summer since my crew loves to be outside around the pool.
What is so nice about this light is that it is waterproof and can be controlled with a remote so it can be placed out of reach of the little ones.
Using the remote, you can set memory functions or select the color of light you want displayed. Since it is currently winter, we have it set on the bright white mode and I can flip it on and off easily. So whether I hear something outside or just need to light up the back yard so I can take out the dog; the entire back yard is visible.
Great for both Security and Fun
While I think both of these lights are a great addition to the home security, I do favor the RGB LED light. It’s just fun to use with the 16 colors that are included. My crew are already talking about how much fun it will be at our family parties this summer. I think it will be nice to have around for the holidays. It will add a lot to our decorations.
