Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons pureed avocado
1/2 cup – 1 cup cooked & crumbled bacon (+ 1 Tablespoon of drippings)
1/2 cup sharp cheddar
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
